  • A human-reviewed plan and price range—not a binding quote

After the work

What actually happened?

  • Tasks completed, sequence, people, and elapsed time
  • Tools and materials actually used
  • Hidden conditions, surprises, and rework
  • Actual cost and the reason any prediction was wrong

What the tradesperson gets

Useful preparation without another customer workflow.

A participant gets a concise job brief, a missing-information checklist, likely tools and materials, and a reasoned time and price range to challenge before work starts.

The point is to reduce forgotten kit, missed scope, and unexplained estimating error. If the pilot does not save time or prevent mistakes, it does not become a product.

Not a final quote

A tradesperson owns the price and confirms it after the checks the job requires.

Not a safety diagnosis

Video cannot reveal every hazard, service, defect, or hidden condition.

Not a site-visit replacement

The pilot starts with the tradesperson at the job, because that is how real work is understood.

Not robot autonomy

Future robotics work needs verified task graphs, bounded skills, supervision, and stop conditions—not raw video commands.
